Bali, Indonesia, 15 July 2020 - The ANVAYA Beach Resort Bali officially announced that the hotel will reopen its door to guests and visitors on the 31st of July 2020 with new, extensive cleaning and sanitation protocols. This includes guest services, certain food and beverages outlets and beach facility. However, recreational facilities such as kid’s club and spa remain close at the moment as the hotel is adhering to safe distancing guidelines set out by the local authorities.
New strict safety and hygiene procedures have been put in place to comply with local government authorities and WHO guidelines to guarantee guests’ and team members’ safety and wellbeing. Additionally, innovative services have been introduced as a business enhancement and guest experiences.
“The health of our guests, employees and surrounding community remains to be our top priority. So, when we decide to recommence the hotel operation we must strictly adhere to World Health Organization (WHO) and the Indonesian Government safety and healthy protocols,” said Denny A. Ermansyah, The ANVAYA Beach Resort Bali General Manager.
“We are taking these enhanced health and sanitation measures very seriously. And we will always keep updated with the new information from the government and take measurable actions to make sure the hotel remains safe for everyone.”
The ANVAYA Beach Resort Bali has crafted new procedures following the latest World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines on safety and hygiene. And have been placing touch-free sanitation dispensers in all common areas; entrances, lobbies, meeting rooms and social areas to provide guests and team members with antibacterial hand sanitizer at any time.
At high-touch points along the guest journey through the hotel, extensive measures are being taken to protect guests and team members, including social distancing measures; mandatory screening for all guests and employees, which may include a body temperature check; face masks provided to guests, and worn by all team members; increased frequency of cleaning & disinfecting, with a focus on high-touch points; and continued use of EPA registered disinfecting chemicals.
All team members are undergoing rigorous training and has begun implementing the update sanitation protocols to ensure the hotel is in the most pristine conditions and ready for guests return.
Upon reopening, the hotel has and will continue to make health and sanitation its first priority, closely monitoring government policy changes, World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines and public health advancements.
